Return Policy 

All sales are Final! Glossed By Yaz Cosmetic & Boutique LLC does accept returns or exchanges after products are shipped. All orders are packaged in the same order as placed.

Refund Policy 

Items purchased with Glossed By Yaz are non-refundable for example tracking number with a “delivered” or “ returned to sender “ are non-refundable. Refunds exclude shipping fees! Shipping fees are non -refundable. Glossed By Yaz is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that are poorly handled by mailer. Refunds may be requested before an order ships. Refunds are only accepted with in same day processing of the order. Refunds may be requested the day of the orders arrival to you or 1-2 days after delivery date it the package has been severely damaged. If your order was returned to Glossed By Yaz it’s due to an error of your address, customer  may request for a refund , the order has to be in possession of Glossed By Yaz for partial refund to be issued! ( use of material and shipping services will be deducted from subtotal.)If the buyers credit/debit card was a stolen card before purchase it’s is expected that the issue be brought to Glossed By Yaz’s attention by the card owner immediately. The order will be canceled and issue for refund. However, if the evidence that’s the card owner has revived their item a refund / order cancellation may not be issued. Glossed By Yaz does not give full refunds, only partial refunds.

Received the wrong item?  Apologies! Glossed By Yaz will issue refund or send the correct item.

Shipping Policy 


Please allow 2-6 Business days  for processing you will receive initial order confirmation and then the shipping confirmation when your order is scanned at the post office . Please note processing window does not include weekend , holiday , and shipping time.
